What is play-based speech therapy? Instead of structured drills or exercises, our therapists engage children in various play activities that target specific speech and language goals. We follow your child's lead so that we can tailor sessions to your child's interests and abilities, making therapy sessions enjoyable and intrinsically motivating. We don't work to earn a reward at the end of session, instead, our approach to therapy is just as motivating and engaging as any reward could be. Our model allows your child to enjoy every moment of their speech therapy sessions and progress through their speech and language goals. Here's why your child may benefit from this approach:
